Qualifications:
oHotel/Restaurant, Culinary experience, Food and Beverage, Kitchen Management and/or College Graduate with some industry experience or 2 years management experience in related industry
oability to attract, hire, and retain employees
oability to energize and motivate
oability to work with staff in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives
oability to influence the actions and opinions of staff in a desired direction
oAssists and works with other team members (other Restaurant Managers, General Manager, and Unit Level Employees), to build and increase sales over the previous year's sales while maintaining profitability, and ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising concept integrity

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
