ResponsibilitiesBe available to respond to email and phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken mannerProvide excellent Customer Service Log Appointments and customer details Maintain thorough, up-to-date-product knowledgeSet appointments for Sales and Service DepartmentsMaintain contact with customers and follow-up with updated informationSkills / RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTime management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are requiredSelf-motivated and goal orientedAbility to pass pre-employment drug screeningAbout the Company:
