KURTIS CHEVROLET is in need of an Automotive Accounting Associate to join our team.
The excellent candidate will exhibit stellar organizational habits and possess proficient computer skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and be self directed.
If you have a robust knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records, we want to speak with you! Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Preparing various accounting statements and reports - Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various recordsManage Accounts Payable process from receiving the invoice to until paymentVerify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, etc.
Ensure timely payment of all vendor invoices and maintain accurate recordsCoordinating accounting matters with other departmentsUtilizing computer to input, retrieve or display accounting informationRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentTwo years experience in accountingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office softwareStrong acclimation to mathematics and analysisProficient in MicrosoftEmployee

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
